ALIT Technologies, following the analysis of its own business context and the identification of stakeholders and their expectations, has defined the following quality and environmental policy.

The Management considers the dissemination of a culture of quality, respect, and protection of the environment as a priority for the company’s growth and for all stakeholders with whom it directly or indirectly interacts. To this end, continuous improvement of internal management processes is considered fundamental, operating according to the provisions of the integrated quality and environmental management system, in accordance with the UNI ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.

The company is committed to continuously improving the effectiveness of the quality and environmental management system and to effective pollution prevention. Through an analysis of its own processes and products, it identifies aspects and impacts related to its activities, verifying and complying with applicable legal requirements and other requirements established to govern different impacts.

To establish and review environmental objectives and targets, it has defined a methodology for data collection and monitoring activities, including deadlines, in a reference procedure and targeted documents.

The management ensures that the policy is communicated and understood within the organization, and that the entire structure is made aware of the importance of satisfying customer requirements, legal requirements, and subscribed requirements.

Therefore, the company is engaged in programs pursued through the involvement of all business areas, including:

  1. Raising awareness among staff regarding quality and the environment, particularly to increase their awareness of the potential consequences of not following the given instructions. This is achieved through careful and continuous control and support by the supervisor.

  2. Achieving quality and environmental objectives by providing customers with products that comply with contractual standards and carrying out activities in accordance with environmental regulations and requirements.

  3. Continuously monitoring customer satisfaction through appropriate investigation and analysis methods such as “Complaint Management.”

  4. Using suitable facilities and resources to produce what is required in compliance with applicable regulations, both in terms of activities and services provided.

  5. Continuously improving the performance of the Quality and Environmental Management System.

In general, the company has established a structure capable of establishing and reviewing objectives through management review, analysis of indicators and non-conformities, and the definition of corrective and improvement actions.

The Management ensures that this policy is documented, implemented, actively maintained, periodically reviewed, disseminated to all personnel and stakeholders, and made available to the public.
