Fastrip MT

FASTRIP MT is the chemical stripping process developed to recover aluminium profiles that need to be repainted. The plant includes 5 steel tanks and 1 tank complete with a lid, a bridge crane, and a catwalk alongside the tanks to facilitate the work of operators.

FASTRIP MT is the fast and economic alternative to the scrapping or manual sanding of aluminium profiles with coating issues. It is particularly suitable for treating aluminium profiles intended for the sectors of door and window frames, shower cubicles, mosquito nets, automotive components, road signs, and metal powder coating in general.

SEQUENCE PROCESS

1 Stripping tank 50-55°C
2 Rinsing tank room temperature
3 Alkaline pickling tank 40-5o°C
4 Rinsing tank room temperature
5 Acid neutralisation tank room temperature
6 Rinsing tank room temperature

MODULAR CONCEPT:

the plant can be built with only two tanks, allowing for the subsequent integration of other tanks for the refinement and improvement of the process.

Energy Saving:

the paint stripping mixes of the stages no. 1 and 3 are effective at low temperatures (about 50 °C).

RELIABLE:

the process was tested by our company laboratories and it comes with a continuous assistance service.
